Our client was sued by a business for in excess of one million dollars in Charlevoix County circuit court. Our aggressive defense resulted in the case against our client being DISMISSED in circuit court prior to going to trial. The business appealed to the Michigan Court of Appeals where we appeared and presented oral argument and received a unanimous decision by the court of appeals upholding the dismissal of the case. The business then appealed to the Michigan Supreme Court which also upheld the dismissal of the case.
